With over 20 years of experience in shipping and logistics, including his role as Branch Manager (India) for Arabco Logistics LLC, Saudi Arabia, Praveen brings unmatched expertise and a passion for doing things differently. We started Maritime Solutions with a simple goal: to raise the bar, provide service businesses can truly rely on, and build partnerships that last.

At Maritime Solutions, we don’t just manage logistics, we empower businesses with reliable, efficient, and scalable solutions. Soumya Somanathan, our Director- Operations, brings over 16 years of professional experience, spanning human resources, organisational strategy, and logistics operations.
With a deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, and building scalable people practices for tech startups, Soumya has guided teams and leaders across global operations, including the shipping and freight forwarding sector. Her insights into business leadership, operational excellence, and workforce development help shape Maritime Solutions’ culture of professionalism, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Passionate about mentoring and developing talent, Soumya believes that adaptability, continuous learning, and strategic thinking are essential to building lasting impact, both within organizations and across the wider logistics ecosystem.
